After more than a decade of hands-on experience in the water damage restoration industry, Jon saw how overwhelming floods, burst pipes, and emergencies can be for homeowners and businesses. In those moments, people don’t just need equipment—they need someone they can trust to show up, take control of the situation, and bring calm to the chaos.
As a locally owned and family-operated business, Living Water Restoration is built on strong values, hard work, and faith. JON HUTSON
Founder & Lead Restoration SpecialistJon Hutson is the founder and lead restoration specialist of Living Water Restoration, bringing over 10 years of hands-on experience in water damage restoration and mitigation. As an IICRC-certified professional, Jon has worked on a wide range of restoration projects—from small residential water losses to complex flood and storm damage across Lubbock and West Texas.
For Jon, restoration is about more than equipment and drying numbers. He understands that water damage often arrives during already stressful moments, and he takes pride in being a steady, trustworthy presence when people need help the most. His approach combines technical precision, thoughtful communication, and a deep respect for each property and family he serves.
Jon founded Living Water Restoration with the desire to create a company rooted in integrity, faith, and service. He believes in doing the right thing even when it’s difficult, being honest with customers, and standing behind his work. Those values guide every decision he makes—from how jobs are handled to how customers are treated.
Known for his calm leadership and strong work ethic, Jon leads by example in the field and sets the standard for quality, safety, and professionalism. When he’s not restoring homes and businesses, he’s usually accompanied by his trusted sidekick, Doc Holliday, reminding everyone that even in the middle of a storm, a little heart goes a long way.
MIRANDA HUTSON
Co-Founder & Operations Manager
Miranda keeps Living Water Restoration running smoothly behind the scenes. She handles operations, bookkeeping, website management, and social media—making sure customers are informed, supported, and taken care of from the first call to the final walkthrough.
As a local business owner, she’s passionate about serving the West Texas community and helping families feel supported during unexpected emergencies.
ZACH FINLEY
Restoration ManagerZach serves as the Restoration Manager at Living Water Restoration and plays a critical role in overseeing day-to-day operations and on-site restoration projects. He works closely with Jon to ensure each job is handled efficiently, safely, and to the highest professional standards.
With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, Zach helps manage emergency responses, equipment setup, moisture monitoring, and job progression from start to finish. He is often one of the first people customers meet during a water damage emergency, and he takes pride in communicating clearly, answering questions, and helping homeowners feel confident throughout the restoration process.
Zach is known for his reliability, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to step in wherever he’s needed. Whether managing active job sites or supporting urgent calls, he is committed to delivering quality workmanship and dependable service to families and businesses across Lubbock and West Texas.
DOC HOLLIDAY
Vice President of Morale
Doc Holliday is the smallest employee at Living Water Restoration, but easily the most popular. Doc accompanies Jon & Zach to work every day and takes his role as Vice President of Morale very seriously.
His duties include greeting homeowners, supervising job sites from a comfortable distance, reminding the crew when it’s time for breaks, and dramatically boosting spirits during stressful restoration projects. While Doc has no formal certifications, he more than makes up for it with enthusiasm, loyalty, and an unmatched ability to make people laugh when they need it most.
Doc believes every storm is better faced with a wagging tail—and he has yet to be proven wrong.
